Mission Statement:

We, the people of St. Ladislaus Parish, Bevent, are a rural community of Catholic believers, rich in our traditions. We recognize that we are God’s people brought together through Jesus, His Son, and guided by the Holy Spirit.

We believe that out mission is the same as that of Jesus Christ:

· to offer praise and worship to God with Jesus through the Holy Spirit

· to faithfully hear and respond to the Word of God

· to accept, love and serve one another

· to carry our crosses

· to be aware of our need for reconciliation and the need to be peace-makers

· to live and act out our belief that we will one day share in Jesus’ Resurrection to Eternal Life

We strive to return thanks to God through the just stewardship of our time, talents, and treasures in conjunction with the cooperative efforts of our pastoral team and parishioners.
